    Has anyone made any investments or has any insight into this project? How is Baner as a location?

      I have been there for couple of times. Model flat is satisfactory as each builder do. But kitchen seems like cramped.
      The door of the balcony is very small in width, I doubt if washing machine can make through it to the dry balcony, and location is too far away.. Feels like we going on the top of the hill.

      One major drawback of the project is – there is severe shortage of drinking water in baner-balewadi area and in projects near pan-card club area very few bore-wells have water.

      So you totally have to depend on tanker water in future which will be an additional expense to your monthly maintenance..

      Apart from these, the project is affordable one.

      Baner is growing rapidly and last decade it has gained a lot of commercial importance due to still growing commercial complexes. Baner is considered as the most sought after destination for IT professionals due to its exposure to IT co’s in its premises as well as Rajiv Gandhi IT Park in Hinjewadi. Once considered as the out skirt of Pune city, Baner today has shown its true potential as a residential as well as commercial location. This well connected location to the other parts of the city promises good return on real estate investment for the investors. There is always a demand for buying orrenting a property in Baner, due to which the real estate prices of Baner has gone up in recent years. So undoubtedly baner is one of the preferred location for investment purpose as well as to reside .
