    In my observation, flats are OK to be get purchased. But the society chairman (management) is not so good. The chairman of the society (Nimesh Patel) is pretending that he has own the whole society and very rude in language. I’ve had heard this from lots of people who even rented there. How one can think of buying or renting in such place ? Where there is no good people of management ? Also Chairman should be decided on rotation policy and not just a single person all the time. Take a notice on this.
