The surroundings of the project are easily accessible from Mumbai as well the main city. Bavdhan road caters as the main approach road for Mumbai-Pune expressway and near Chandani Chowk.

    The residential demand increased in Bavdhan because of the location advantage and most of the reputed and well established builders started developing budget-friendly housing projects with modern-day needs and amenities.       Hi Milind,

      As far as project connectivity is concerned, Bavdhan is well connected to the areal like Kothrud, Paud Road, Baner, Aundh, Pashan, University circle, Sus village via excellent roads. The train station is about 10 km away (20 mins) and the airport about 15 km away (35-40 mins). Sutarwadi, Abhinav Collge and Bavdhan village are the major stops for PMPML buses that cater to passengers. Direct buses are available from these stops to Deccan Gymkhana, Marketyard and Pune Station.
