    Not worth purchasing the property with kohinoor group. They don’t care for their customer and even to do not keep their words. Till the time you purchase they will tell you the world class support they are ready to provide and the later case is that they even don’t give you appointments to meet and they even don’t have time to listen to your problems. I have purchased a property with them and now regretting.

    I had visited the site last monday. As i feel the location is an advantage to invest in this property. The construction is looking in full swing and rate they are quoting looks ok as compared to other projects in that area. I think within few days the road widening work will happen here till hinjewadi because traffic is increasing.

      Even i had visited the site and spoke with sales person about he project. But i feel the price they are quoting is high and i dont know about their construction quality. So i am in little confusion to take the right decision.

        I had seen that the most of the people have issue with the rate. Just focus on the quality of construction and builder’s track record. Rates on cost sheets are always negotiable.

        Builders quoting higher might be negotiating well also.
