    A good house in a beautiful place is a dream. When we bought this property at Viva, Pirangut, Pune by the K. Raheja group, they sold us that dream. After buying the property what we have been delivered is a nightmare.

    1. In around April 2018 they placed a STP machine right next to our premises assuring they will remove it in two weeks. Its Jan 2019, nearing a year and the machine is still sitting there.

    2. We were told in summer 2018, that because of water shortage they cannot put grass there in the space behind our premises, (which they had promised when the bought the property), they will do it during monsoon 2018. Not only they did not do that, they left it like a dumpyard. More on that later.

    3. During summer they placed huge electric poles which emanates constant buzzing noise giving us a headache if we stand outside for sometime.

    4. When they sold the property we were told that the space behind our premises will be a park and children’s playground. Now A HUGE 25x10x8 meter (approx.) dug up, where we were told garbage treatment plant will come. Mr. Ritesh says it will be a water treatment plant. But in either case it doesn’t make much difference. Both are going to stink and make this place unlivable. Not only us but the entire place will have to bear with the stench.

    5. Another massive rubble in the space behind our premises, dug up to get electric connection

    6. The uneven patch of land with litter which we were promised on 22nd December, would be cleaned up and levelled has the look of a dumpyard with a huge pile of rubble sitting there.

    7. Now there’s a constant digging going on behind our premises where they are putting the garbage or water treatment plant, which makes it impossible for us to work or live properly, forget peacefully.

    8. Upon discussion with Mr. Ritesh it was decided that he will arrange a meeting and resolve the problem after exchange of a mail from us. However, there was not only no response to the mail, they have threatened us with legal action if we try to stop the digging work.

    We weren’t told about anything that they are doing right now. We weren’t informed when we bought this property. Had we known about the massive electric poles, wires, buzzing noise, garbage/water treatment plant behind our premises just few feet away, we wouldn’t have bought this property. We came all the way from the city, invested so much, to live a nightmarish life. We were duped.

    Would you like to buy a property with a treatment plant few feet away from your house?
    Think again. Think before investing.
    It is so heartbreaking for us. We trusted them. We thought they are different from the other builders. I don’t want anyone else to go through this torture. They sell peace, they sell a dream, withhold information and once you buy the property, they deliver a nightmare. That’s the truth about Viva Raheja, Pirangut, Pune.
