    Hi All,

    The booking a flat in Godrej Green is not less than a trap. The builder keep asking for money as per the schedule the payment is delay for a single day, you have to pay interest. More over there is no face of builder. The mode of commuhe showed during booking even though he dont have full clearance. If nication is mail. When I did booking I dnt get proper documents. They said everything is available on their website. What if they shut it down. You have no proof. I am very disappointing with my decision to buy flat in Godrej Green.

    I visited godrej green site place today, very far from undri chouk, no single kirana shop till 2km.
    I was looking 3bhk , but when I see sample flat it’s very small around 730 carpet, very less size, not worth to buy, I request buyers don’t go for this small size.

    One more thing sales person at site will tell you price more than 60lac but actually it’s around 48 lac to 52lac that I confirmed from one of my friend who works as channel partner for godrej, sales person are not good in interaction, they many times uses brand name while talking,

    I suggest buyers to look at size, location , and price there are many good projects on same area where you will get good construction quality and area and price
