    Please take note of the following problems:
    The approach to the office has been changed two to three times and every time the new approach has been worse than the previous one. Please understand that we cannot use the office or rent it or sell it without a proper approach and our investment goes down the drain with a shoddy entrance.
    The location of the electricity meter box has also been changed again and again and every time the location is worse than before. The cables, switch boxes etc are left open and loose every time making the approach extremely hazardous.
    There are many cracks and damages to the paint and plaster throughout the building which makes the building look old and dilapidated. The wear and tear caused by your site staff when the engineering office was situated here, has made matters worse.
    The windows are in a poor state with glass panes, channels and locks either broken or stuck. All the dust, insects and water come on to the staircase due to the same.
    The lobby, staircase and the passages do not have proper lighting and our staff and visitors have to climb up and down the stairs in pitch darkness.
    The telephone and internet cables are not working, probably because they have been damaged due to repeated changing of the electricity meter box. The technicians are unable to start the internet and telephone services at our office due to the dead cables and damaged internal wiring.
    The water supply is poor and erratic and it seems like there is no proper supply or storage of water for the offices.
    The staircase and corridors are dirty and littered most of the time, the ceilings have cobwebs and the building has garbage strewn all over. The cleaning and maintenance is irregular and sub-standard.
    No space whatsoever has been allotted for general staff and visitor parking.
