    Enquired about Kalpataru they told carpet area is 25% of given flat. But when we do calculation, it is actually 35% of buildup area which is highest in Hyderabad.

    I have not seen any project with 35% been changed as common area.
    Just consider these things when buying or enquiring in this project.
