    I had wanted to buy a flat in Sobha forest view.I was told that they have clear title to the land. It is now learnt that conservator of forest has sent a notice to them that they have encroached forest land in three of their projects Sobha forest view,Sobha forest edge and paramount gardens.Buyers please be careful.

    I had been to the office of Sobha at Sobha forest edge to buy a flat.They said they have a clear title to the property.It is now learnt the the conservator of forest has sent a notice that forest land has been encroached by Sobha in the projects Sobha forest view, Sobha forest edge and paramount gardens.This is to warn all the possible buyer about buying of flats in these projects
