    i am confused betwwen century breeze and prestige royal garden. century breeze 2 bhk 1480 sq. feet will be of approx 90lac while 3bhk 1761 sq. feet of prestige royal will be in 95 lac. budget is fine but as per location which is best for living. century or prestige. also both are saying will give possession by dec 2019 but prestige looks century has good reputation of delivery on time.

    We are planning to invest in PRG for a 2 or 3 BHK. How is the location and future prospects . What is the current ongoing price and how r the rentals in this area.

      It’s always better to invest in 2 BHK than 1 BHK. So that, at Least you can gain 60 – 70 % Profit in 2 yrs

    hi vijay,
    i booked 2.5bhk at 3900/- per sq feet as investment in prg, tower 5 and level 2,
    what appreciation value i can expect when project completes? is tower 5 is good location?
    some one said its near rail track and not preferred, i didnt had options when i booked 2.5bhk.
    prg is big project and people crowd is very high.. will there be any water problems or any other. pr
