December 7, 2015 at 11:58 AMA google search about the project didnot yield any good reviews about the project, and thus i thought of sharing a few aspects of the project myself.
Everything about the project is good except the price. The car-parking , other amenities and taxes for a 2BHK of 1320 sq.ft costs 26L , this is except the TDS, registration and khata charges. Thus everything together, the cost is coming to 8863 per sq.ft ,except the TDS, registration and khata charges. Never did i know that VAT+ service tax can amount to 10L+ .This was a big dampener for us. And thus in short sight, this is not a good investment option , not for the next 5 years atleast , even with the project being in a very prime location. And yes, for end use also , this is a very very pricey project. But if you have some easy money , this is going to be an ‘owners pride’ , as some ad’s tagline says.
