    Hello ,

    Am Raveena From Maharastra working in Bangalore from past 3 years instead paying a Rent ,thought of purchasing my own flats

    First developer came to my mind is Kolte Patil Developer as it is a Big Developer in Pune may be in Bangalore too

    As i can see they have Delivered 4 projects and 3 ongoing Projects they have in Bangalore .

    I tower exente Property is genuinely a nice project i just loved the way they are building the flats
    no common wall , 3 Sides Open Space, lavish clubhouse with rooftop swimming Pool discussing with the sales team for the finalization . any suggestions are welcome !

    while observing all factors such as architecture , commute from the city , pricing part my personal experience
    as i have booked 2bhk this project in the coming time going to be the best investment !!!.
