Is the location of the project is near to Manyata Tech Park?

Manyatha Tech park is about 15-20 mins drive from the project location via the hebbal flyover. You can find a wide road, without traffic. A good transportation facility also caters you in the location.
The other tech park such as Kriloskar Tech Park is about 9.8 KMS, Apparel park is about 20 KM and KIADB Industrial Park is about 20 KM from the project location.
