    hi ,
    phase 1 delayed by 15 months.
    I have booked in phase2 2 years back.
    already builder changed the phase 2 deadline from dec 2016 to dec 2017.

    I have been looking to invest in century Indus phase II. But I see that there has been delay on their part is meeting the deadlines. Can anyone throw some light on this investment? It would be great to know if there are any adverse comments wrt their quality of construction and reliability.

      Century Builders are class A builders, providing many good properties till today and quality of construction is too good. Century Indus Phase I is ready to move property and they provided it in time. So there will be no delay in phase – 2 also. As this property is very near to Big Shopping malls, complexes, cinemas, Resorts and many more places and also near to Mysore Road which connects to Electronic City, Bannerghatta Road via NICE Ring Road and to the Nayandalli Metro Station, this will be very good project to invest.
