      Here, only 2 BHK Flats of 1120 sq ft and 1300 sq ft & 3 BHK apartments of size 1450 Sq ft are available.

      Some great development in planed on Kanakpura road, it’s a good investment option. However, the availability is a concern; most of good units in Wisteria are sold out. If it is purely for investment purposes, we have other options for you. Call us at 8880 777 111.

    I visited the place yesterday and it looking good. The model apartment is also looking good (both 2-3 BHK). And Brigade Wisteria is priced most economical compare to other properties in Kanakpura Road and is kind of centrally located. So I am happy to buy this property.

      Much before than brigade there are so many projects coming up in Pre-launch and launch so why dont you try there.

        Thanks for the inputs. I have checked a number of projects in the vicinity of Nice Rd- Kanakpura Junction such as – Shobha Arena, Forest View, Brigade Omega, Purva Highlands, Nitesh British Columbia. Also visited Prestige Northridge, SNN Green Ferns, Sobha Silicon city & Godrej E-city.

        Brigade Wisteria is priced most economical among all these and is kind of centrally located. It is a bit away from NICe rd but the NH207 would be widening into 4 lane making commute even more easier.
