    Hi friends,

    I have owned 2 Apartments in Brigade Gardenia. At the beginning I have not faced any issues with the flat but now, after about 5 years I have been facing tons of quality problems because of inferior workmanship from Brigade. Both of my houses tiles have come out and had to spend lakhs of rupees to fix them. Also the biggest problem with them is that they control the club and increase the club charges exorbitantly every year. If you happen to put your house for rent they charge club membership for each individual person. So if you are four people you will end up paying 60k for one time member ship charges and 2k per tenant per month.

    They ensure that they distribute the same club membership to as many people as possible and to avoid crowding of resources they enforce impractical rules and people who are once trapped continue to become the victim.

    Be wary about the club specific costs and quality specific concerns before investing in your dream house.
