    I feel that 5k is high for purvankara. It is not explained that why godrej is on higher side in comparison to Purvankara. Both the project has same land owners.
    It is always benficial to invest in certain locations where corporate – govt nexus works well. But there will always be uncertainty of exit point. So I want to warn people who invest by taking loans. It seems that all property sites are doing paid marketing for builders. All the best to investors.

    I think keshavnagar doesn’t deserve 5k. Its rate should always be 15-20% less than Kharadi rates. So if Kharadi is 6.5k, then only keshavnagar will be 5k. It’s just a village that happens to be near all these happening places. Got a nice rural feel, but I would be very against to pay Kharadi rates for projects in Keshavnagar.

    Purva Silver Sands is a mega project in Keshav Nagar, Pune. This project is located right next to Godrej Infinity. These 2 projects will definitely change the skyline of Keshav Nagar. Purvankara is a big name in Bangalore and Purva Silver Sands is the first project of Purvankara in Pune.

    I would like to know if going with Purvankara Silver sands would be a good options or Godrej inifnity. I am not very clear with the EOI concept. Can you please provide me some inside on the location and also is this project worth for investment? Please provide me you inputs.

    • Both Godrej Infinity and Purva Silver sands are in the pre-launch stage. Godrej is already collecting the bookings at 5225/sft. Godrej Infinity is of 43 acres and Purva is of 20 acres. Both the projects are from Tier-1 builder and both Mundhwa and KeshavNagar are almost at 1.5KM away from each others. So there wont be much difference in the location. Purva is planning to launch the project in a price band between 4900 – 5200. So if you get a price benifit over godrej, it would be better to decide on Purva Silver Sands.

      Overview about Mundhwa where the project is located: It is popular for its unrestricted panoramic view from all sides and offers a nice blend of modernization and a charming ambience. It is an area with a blend of Residential, Business, Leisure and Support Services.

      • Mundhwa is emerging as one of the prime residential feeder locations for the business district of Kharadi with natural beauty in its surrounding.
      • The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and the Pune Municipal Corporation are set to roll out the 161.73 kilometers Pune Ring Road plan costing Rs. 10,408 crores. This will help decongest traffic for Kharadi and Mundhwa.
