    Very bad policies, booked 1 bhk in 2016, paid 2,00,000/- as booking amount, canceled flat because of financial issues, they are not going to refund any amount, as per booking rule signed by puranics sales team, they can deduct 10% of booking amount and refund the rest. But they are not giving any refund. My 2,00,000/_ are taken by puranics. Do not buy property in puranics…too bad policies.

    Dont ever buy a flat in puraniks…. carp people… no water in baner project for past few days…builder keeping residents at ransom for extra maintenance… ..full of false promises… Visit Eldea espanola…baner pune. phase 2… you will know…complete fraud company….
