    Please check thoroughly for go ahead. some one told inside road is handover to PMRDA. No Water , Only water by tanker. Drinking water only by bottle purchase. No garden for phase 2. Phase 1 and 2 no official connected inside. Road connected to phase 1 and 2 not owned by builder. But builder claim . Even access from service road also issue with Abil GROUP.
    Take caution to go for purchase. show paper to good advocate.

      The road Issue and Water issue have been resolved now. This is a really good society to live in. I am currently living here.
