    As a buyer of Mantri Vantage in Block B ; i regret my decision to buy and invest 98Lac in this property.
    the only decision of purchase was brand name of Mantri and location. Mantri-Brand has just cheated us by giving flase promises of project completion. didnt expect such a treatment and tons of delays from a president awardee. all the properties which started 3 years after mantri-vantage have already started given possession. only False promises.

    Hi I am planning to buy flat in kharadi in Mantri Vantage Project.
    Please let me know if it would be good to buy flat and invest in this project.
    Considering there was such a big history of this project, legal issues and all, just wondering if anyone can help me in making this decision.
    Currently they have put June-2020 in RERA for possession of flats.

    This project is complete failure. Possession already delayed by 3 years. Litigation on project is going on. Work is stopped completely.

    I would like to purchase an apartment in pune. My friend suggested me this project . But my concern is about the location, Kharadi. As I am a frequent traveler, Is this location good enough in case of connectivity, transportation & other facilities?

      You have landed in a perfect destination. As you want to know about the location, Kharadi is located in the east of the city. It has a good infrastructure. Hence the Project is Situated along the Kharadi – Hadapsar bypass Road, It has good connectivity to all the major junctions of the city.

      The location of the project can be easily accessible from the Pune international airport and pune railway station. In earlier years, it was home to oat and groundnut farmers. Today, it is a hotbed for IT development because of its excellent road network.

      The EON SEZ and other IT Parks in neighbouring Kalyani Nagar and Nagar Road have transformed the area into a prominent IT/ITeS destination.

      Yes, it is good for investment; Mantri Vantage is located in the prime location in Kharadi, Pune. Kharadi is one of the popular residential places in Pune so you can expect a good rental yield also. Even if you want to sale it after 5 or 6 years, you can get a good ROI.
