    I have booked two flats in western avenue E wing and they told, we ll get possession 2021,initially they took 12% GST but now govt declared 5% but the kolte patil developers, people says you have to pay 12% GST coz you booked before 1 april and govt says its upto builder how much they want to take, so we are continuing with 12%, its worst thing i have seen, can anyone suggest what should i do for that?

    I am interested in 3 BHK at western avenue at C building but price they are quoting is very high 1.1 Cr…
    I have done some research and discussed with many property advisors and people who says its not worth paying so huge for wakad and same we can get in Baner good community with amenities…
    If KP is ready within 90 Lacs then it would be OK deal…

      No not at all……Baner is always a good location….and please check with the date ….whatever date sales man says are not realistics ..they will make us fool and delay it by 1.5 yr and will be just paying interest on bulk amount for at least 1 yr before getting possession …your hard 90 % money he will be using for 1 yr by making client fool…own experience….

      Do not make mistake to book it in western avenue..i mean in Kolate Patil…you will get more better option in low price ….date which sales man says are not realistic ..take a written mail of date of possession then only give booking amount…personal experience..it will be delayed by 1.5 yrs and till last one yr before possession you must have given 95 % amount as per there agreement of releasing payment as per RCC slab so will be just paying interest for 1 yr. like my flate is 3 bhk so it is 1.06 CR so just calculate the interest of 1 yr delay. and staff is very bad…..no standard at all ….

    I have visited the Kolte Patil Western Avenue recently. The sales person told me that units are available in K Building and the building is still under construction. They also saying that the procession will be in July 2019 and it will come under RERA Act, so if they failed to complete the project by 2019 they will pay the rent for the unit. Has anyone booked the apartment here? What does the agreement says? It would be great if anyone share genuine view on this.

      I have invested in 3BHK unit in Kolte Patil Western Avenue, only because of its location and connectivity to the major localities of the city.

      Kolte Patil Western Avenue is located along the Pune – Mumbai Highway at wakad, one of the rapidly developing areas of East Pune. And the location provides the excellent connectivity to the areas such as Hinjewadi, Pimpri Chinchwadi, Balewadi, Baner and many more.

      The popular landmarks of the property are Balewadi National Sports Complex, Rajiv Gandhi Hinjewadi IT Park housing global IT companies, Near to Mula River, MCA Cricket Stadium to name few.

      And for investment purpose also it is the perfect option as the waked has experiences tremendous growth from the past few years

      And about the RERA Act – They write the clause for payback in the agreement so you are safe.

    Is it same as above project ? Are they renaming and relaunching project at same location ?

      I don’t know about they renaming and relaunching project but registration procedure has been initiated. Planning to buy 2BHK here
