    The project is not getting completed. I have seen the progress yesterday. My flat is in Phase 1, As per registered agreement they have to give possession of my Flat by Dec 2018 but the progress form last 1 year ( form Aug 18 till jul 2019 End) only Tiles no lifts are ready not construction progress is visible and damm slow.

    They started this project in 2015/16 and still there is no sigh of completion. I was really surprise as the agreement date committed for phase II is Dec 2019 .. The current progress in Phase II is not even the 1st floor is ready. The builder is playing with people money.When asked about monthly compensation as per RERA for delay in possession he is saying bullshit stories and not responding properly.

    Hi Ashwin,

    I spoke with the sales person. The land is not in the name of the builder. It will be a tripartite agreement with the builder and the land owner. He confirmed that the land is NA. He is ready to share the doc before paying the booking amount. He also told that the rate has been increased as they have done the 50 bookings. Is it ok to go ahead with this project? They have total 40 acres land. Current development is in 10 acres.

    Hi,

    I am looking for 2 BHK flats and hence visited this project. The location is good; I had apprehensions when it came to land title. They said it’s some joint project with a family which owns the land. Now, an agent told me that the title of land is with the same family and builder is merely building the project. So, in my understanding, this may pose some challenge / disruption in future because normally a builder generally buys a land and then builds the project. If anyone has some idea about this project, then please inform me.
