 The Company was incorporated on 15th April, 1982 as a Private Limited Company under the name of Supreme Holdings Private Limited. The Company was acquired as a going concern by the JATIA group in the year 1987. The Company became a Public Limited Company pursuant to a Resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 21st March, 1994. The Company entered the Capital market with its maiden public issue in the year 1995.

In 2011, the Jatia Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. and Royalways Trading & Investments Services Pvt. Ltd. amalgamated with the Company and the Company acquired their valuable assets. Subsequently, the Company name was finally titled Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India) Ltd.

    I visited belmac a month ago and really liked the property. The project location is suitable for me as I want to buy a property in kalyani nagar as my son’s office is in mantri IT park. We also looked at properties around Wagholi but that is too far away and the travel time will be a lot. I want to avail a housing loan for my son. he is currently living in mumbai and is planning to move to pune in December. I want to know if he is eligible for a loan. Here are the details

    We have availed a four wheeler loan last to last year and that was been closed on march 2019 . The loan was from ICICI, bank account number: 1004168974165. I checked the cibil score myself using his pan number FNLPS5501N and all online rating websites were showing a cibil score of 720. We have approached many banks but they are refusing us to give loan saying the cibil score is below 500. All the loans in my sons name have always been paid properly and there are no outstanding payments. Can someone help me as to why my son is being denied the loan inspite of having good cibil score.

    Dont invest in this property. Builder is new and dont know how to do bussiness in realstate. They fooled us. I booked in 2017 and finally got my possession in June 2019.

    Dont get fooled withsales person talk. Ask a email for what they talk and you get reallity of them. Will sell my flat soon and invest in good builder property.

    worst person ever dealt with… belmac residenses has a good quality but director has no ethics. His only ethics are to giving tdoubles to people… does not abide by his words. very unhappy with the services provided to us at belmac.

    I had a very bad experience and the staff is beyond ridiculous and treats you like shit. I stay abroad and I was literally forced to take possession with an assurance that the outstanding items will be sorted in few days. The moment I signed- two of the key guys(Anil kachre and Lokesh) ding even pick up the call. Everytime, the message was they are driving. Last message from anil was that he has left the job and is still with Belmac.

    During sales, even jatia was present but i guess, he is least bothered about his project. This is their first foray into residential development and they have proved to be a mess.

    I wasnt even allowed to enter the main gate and was shouted at when I asked to meet the sales guy for my outstanding receipts.

    This is India and the laws are so much in favor of these builders that people like us suffer.

    Buy into this project at your own risk. Please be vigilant and do not get fooled at the fancy treatment and display and talks. All that glitters is not Gold as discovered by all the residents of the first tower completed by The builders. The builders do not communicate or reply to any concerns you might have and put you into a forced legal situation and then extorts extra money for maintenance for facilities not even built yet over and above the one time maintenance. The quality of work is bad and all employees treat you like garbage once you purchase and sale is over.

    Many many numerous issues with this project and builders who are novice first timers but extremely aggressive in putting you in corner. They will not respond to a single email or meet with you and no one in their office responds either. The security at gate will not let you enter office to meet anyone and threaten you – this is how they treat all their customers after sale
