    Surrounding location

    In west Pune, Pashan is one of the prime residential suburbs. The locality is strategically situated off the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. In the close vicinity of the project the Hinjewadi IT Park is located. Pashan is well connected to the many areas such as Baner, Aundh, Bavdhan, University Square and Sus Village through excellent roads like Pashan Baner Link Road and Pashan-Sus Road that meets NH4.

    In this region property investors can expect a good appreciation in the coming days. Apartments of 1 to 3 BHK configurations by many reputed developers from Pune are available. Surrounding of the project is very close to Sus River and the hills. While this river had become polluted, there have been some efforts at cleaning up the river and water-front. As a result, the locality is pleasant.

    There is a big demand for housing from students and workers; Since Pashan is close to Pune University. You can find schools and educational institutions along this belt. The Airport is also located near-by and is well connected via Buses and Taxis that run frequently from Pashan.

    I recently visited Anant Venkatesh and found this little congested. There is another project going exactly in front of this building and that is I guess on hold. Overall this project didn’t look promising to me.

      I enquired about mont vert avion & anant vekatesh as I’m impressed by the location of both project. Anant Venkatesh is quoting lesser than Mont Vert. Both projects are expected to complete by the end of 2017.

      Can anyone one know any other better options please let me know.. as I liked these locations specially all daily needs availability, transport, suitable for end user.

      Pashan is definitely a better location than Singhad road. Both the projects have very good locations. Scenic hills around, Pashan lake nearby, nice breeze flowing all the time. Roads are good and not congested. All major banks, ATMS, schools, Hospitals well within reach.

      The price is the only factor……. is too much ?? Well ofcourse it is….. but they are same overpriced everywhere in Pune. But I guess there is plenty of time to think and availability will be there as sales at such prices will be slow.
