The Expo will be a presentation of all their Ready to Move in and Ongoing Residential Developments across 5 Cities and will be held at the Conrad Bengaluru, from the 21st – 23rd of September 2018.

The Expo is geared to help you find your dream dwelling, with the display of Prestige’s exquisite 40+ properties, across all segments under one roof. Each property will have a dedicated stall space, by offerings at special rates for on-the-spot sales including choice of projects in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin & Mangaluru. In the spirit of celebration, the Prestige will also let customers stand a chance to win surprise gifts and privileges by conducting games like Lucky Draw, SPIN the Wheel of the Fortune and many more.

The Prestige Group as a Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Flats in Property Expo for both Ready To Move in and Ongoing Projects are:

READY TO MOVE IN PROPERTIES – NO EMI SCHEME

  • No Pre-EMI (Interest Component) on the home loan till Jan 10, 2020
  • Customers should contribute a minimum of 20/25% of the Total Cost of the unit (Sale Value + Extras).
  • Registration cost is not included in the loan and the same needs to be borne by the Customer.
  • Customers should ensure that 20/25% Booking Amount is paid by 15th Oct 2018 and Total Cost of the Unit (Sale Value + Extras) is paid to Prestige by Oct 30th, 2018.
  • No variants of the scheme will be permissible. This scheme will apply for a maximum of 75% or 80% of the property value (sale value + extras) & excludes registration cost. The exclusive home loans available under this scheme shall be for tenure of 15 & 20 years only.
  • Foreclosure of the home loan/Balance Transfer/Transfer of the Sale agreement is circumscribed during the scheme period.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION PROPERTIES – NO PRE-EMI SCHEME (12/15/18/24 MONTHS*)

  • No Pre-EMI (Interest component) on the home loan till intimation of possession, for a maximum of 24 months
  • No variants of the scheme will be permissible. This interest rate will apply for a maximum of 75% or 80% of the property value (sale value + extras) & excludes registration cost. The exclusive home loans available under this scheme shall be for tenure of 15 & 20 years only.
  • Customers should contribute a minimum of 10% of the Total Cost of the unit (Sale Value + Extras).
    Registration cost is not included in the loan and the same needs to be borne by the Customer.
  • Customers should ensure that 10% Booking Amount is paid by 15th Oct 2018 and Total Dues of the Unit (as per the schedule) is paid to Prestige by Oct 30th, 2018.
  • Pay 10% Booking amount and balance on intimation of possession*.
