    The L&T name has been used unfairly to rip off customers. Seepage and leakage is rampant in every building. My flat in the complex is in shambles. Every room leaks and most walls have seepage. Because of the persistent moisture the walls get mouldy and have fungal development. The walls get due for repaint every six month. Neither the company nor the facility management company are bothered to resolve. Customers should not only stay away from this property, but all properties of L&T. Else they run the risk of huge losses!

    I don’t want to comment on the quality of construction (less said the better!), but what I would like you to take note is that L&T does not refund security deposit, which is taken promptly before any work starts. I have been chasing up for over 3 months being a disgruntled and disappointed owner. Overall a bad property to invest in.

    I had booked a flat with them on pre launch, they never managed the approval, I not been paid back my principal money for 20 months on T9 booking, all they have given is empty words and haggling for how much rate of interest rate is due to me

    Please stay away will be my advice

    Everytime I have asked for a refund they would say approvals a couple of months away and the last two months have been spent on negotiating the rate and they have moved from 0% to 4% to 6% without having any need to comply with acts and regulations around protecting flat owners rights
