    We have recently purchased an apartment in tower A of Mahindra Luminare. While making the sale, we were assured that the Revenue Rasta which separates tower A from Tower B and C has been shifted out after necessary approvals from the Panch and Lower Court. However the BBA or Agreement to Sell still has a clause that says that the Revenue Rasta has to be kept open. The apartment was purchased on the very condition that the Revenue Rasta would not be a part of the 7 acre and now the management is refusing to put the same in writing. They have also demonstrated a stark difference in their behavior/treatment to us before and after making a sale and have refused to cooperate on even the smallest of requests.

    According to me, when it comes to luxurious properties, I don’t think it is easy to beat Mahindra Lifespaces Luminare. I have been through their prospectus, floor plan, and other details and I feel it is one property one must definitely look for. The amenities offered (basic as well as lifestyle) seem quite exquisite. Don’t forget the locational advantage.
