    I came across this project, was astonished to hear about the offers they were giving like a Renault Kwid car, a fully furnished house, and the main thing that surprised me was they offered an assured rent of 12k per month up to one year even if you reside there or rent it out. So I will be booking a 3bhk flat shortly.

    It is a good project where the flats are built very spaciously. They have seen to that there is no common walls between any 2 units. The utility if the space is done very well. since there is no common walls any unit you take is as good as a corner unit itself and there is plenty of air and light available for each and every unit.

    I visited this project as suggested by one of my colleague. I had some expectation when I heard the location was at attibele -sarjapur road, but when I actually went there i was astonished to see the project is very close to the attibele circle which is accessible easily and it is on the main road. when i entered inside the apartment there was all amenities that a luxury apartment should have such as swimming pool, kids play area, yoga room gym etc. the interiors they provide was also very good. on the whole I suggest it is a good property both for investment as well as residential purpose.

    Hello everyone, I visited this property back in December and visited last weekend and they are making good progress with their property without any compromise in quality. They have 1300 sft 2BHK flats that feels like a 3 BHK flat with beautiful ventilation and lighting. Me and my family have liked the project and we booked on Yugadi as it was a good day and they were also being supportive by giving me a really good deal. I am glad that I have made a booking here in the right time. It is worth the money we invest. would recommend anyone who is looking for a property.

    Visited this property last month, seems to be really good for investment as they have a lot of amenities and big 1300 sft 2 BHK flats that are very spacious without any common walls. This property is having a lot of potential for good return on your investment. visited again last week with family and made a booking. they seem to be giving a really satisfactory price for a property like that. i would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for investing in properties.

    Last Weekend i visited Vmaks Laurel in Attibele ,it is an under construction project ,which is BMRDA approved “A” katha project with ‘oc’ and ‘CC’, they have a great offer @ 3200/sft they are providing a furnished flat including amenities and car parking as well ,it connects two national high ways good location for investment purpose with best offer and i’m planning to book a flat there and would suggest to have a visit once.

    Visited this property like a week ago, they are having good amenities and they have have really spacious apartments ranging from 1306 sft to 1375 without a single common wall. Planning to visit the property again along with my family. I feel it is value for money as they are giving a semi-furnished apartment, car and rent of 12000 every month for 1 year.       I have already booked 2bhk flat here when comes to connectivity its the best place as there will be 0% traffic schools and hospitals are near by and they are coming up with day care facility inside the apartment which is a very good thing i am happy with vmaks laurel

    I have seen vmaks laurel, I really liked the project very much,
    Really very spacious, with good ventilation in all the rooms & more important is there are no common walls, I feel like a villa house, & separate Amenities for both Blocks… it’s an Olympic size swimming pool, two levels of basement + Ground + 12 floors. Gym, aerobics room, yoga room, day care what else we need… but I work in bellandur it is very very far travelling both side will be very difficult… iam really missing a good project… need to check if they have any other project with the same quality construction & amenities etc…

    I visited this property last week and found all the 2 BHK apartments very spacious and very well ventilated 1300 sft units. Amenities they are providing are very thought prudent like a Day Care, separate amenities for the two towers like gym, yoga room, aerobics room etc. The best part is all the apartments are semi furnished so i do not have to bother about the interiors anymore. all of this at a very reasonable price. I am planning to visit the property next week along with my family and will probably book one unit as well. I would highly recommend everyone to go have a look at this property as it is worth the money you are spending.

There is no Hidden Cost as they provide you a price list with the break down which includes registration cost as well, I have also seen few builders charge extra for amenities facing, East Facing, Pool facing flats extra but with Vmaks no such extra charges.It is a OC , CC project and RERA registered. You can definitely visit Vmaks laurel.

The view around the is looking fine the location of is good because its located at the place where there is no much traffic and pollution. over all I like this builder and I will also recommend others. So the property I owned is Vmaks Laurel it is at Sarjapur Attibebe road. This location is superb for living in crowded Bangalore because bit far from city. Even being far from city the public transport is very good at this place buses are available from morning till 9pm connectivity to city is also very good Elelctronic city is just 8km from the apartment. a lovely for living.

I saw 2BHK,the planning is very well made,with no common walls,feels to be in an independent flat and it is spacious too.
