I like most of their facilities, especially the open space of the apartment ,The staff seem helpful enough and so do the builders, but I’ve been told to not trust them too much. But when I see the construction and the progress of the project I feel like I can trust them. I don’t know what to do since people say that this is India and many people are corrupt. I feel like they are trustworthy.

    Dear All, Based on the reviews and experiences of others, I purchased an apartment in Vmaks Heights. All the internal specifications like vitrified tiles, granite slab etc. is up to the mark, no such deviations from what was promised earlier.
    The loan formalities also got finished in considerable time. Faced some problem in getting the documentation completed as it took almost around a month but the documents were authorized and original. I even checked it out with one of my friend who is into real estate. I just had to remind them 3-4 times for getting the documentation completed. But overall the project met all of my requirements.

    Hello, According to my opinion, Vmaks Heights E City phase 2 is a good option for Happy Living . My experience with Vmaks group is a pleasant one and unlike the many other reviews here. Like everyone else even we decided to buy a 2BHK with Vmaks Heights only after a thorough background research. The Group has already completed many prestigious projects. Their new project the Vmaks Laurel in Sarjapur Attibele road is a very good option for investment. The project is located in a well-established residential area and is close to all major places such as schools, shopping areas and Metro.

      {If there is water pollution around that region it will be because of Biocon and not because of Dump yard and I don’t know if there is any dump yard around as I have never seen it till now}
      {Also we have tested water there, looks OK ,we have also requested the builder to Plan for a water softener as it is very important,I will share or inform you, once I’m acknowledged on the same.

      {That is not around the location of this Project}

      Also regarding the private road, if the land is not purchased by the builder how will be the main entry be ?

      {Firstly:There is nothing called Private road all the roads has to relinquished the Govt.. how ever this project is on the main road so, I dont see any problem . how ever rear gate which many people access is cross road which is just for the convenience and easy approach to Ananthnagar Main Road .

      Request some one in the group who has already booked flats there to respond as i can get complete information.

      {I stay in VMAKS Chalet for rent, which is closer to heights.
      I have done my home work very well before buying a flat here , and Believe me as far as I know all the buyers are happy here.

      Mr. Chandru nobody will charge on carpet area, each and every builder will charge on Super built up area only. Here price starts from 42 lakhs for a 2BHK and ranges upto 75 lakhs for a 3BHK they say. I dont remember the size of flats as dey have many different sizes . They are premium amenities like pool, Kids play area, club house, Basket ball court etc… Pls visit site to get exact details i think the structure is almost ready

        ISO certified by BV
        specification are decent
        value for money
        and probably may give OC which is mandate now..

    As an investor I would surely avoid and instead pick up an apartment within city limits from a small developer for assured rental income. If you really have to invest on the outskirts then its better to buy a plot in a BMRDA approved project and hold it long term for appreciation.In an around electronic city

      @manjusheety picking up an flat within city limits is very expensive rather buy flat which is near ecity ,
      min 30% cheaper and ROI is better , the appreciation would be better than city limits..

    Hi, I have Purchased a flat in Vmaks Laurel Attibele SarjapurRoad 5 kms from new Infosys SEZ tech park which is coming, initially i was confused to invest here as they were speculations stating the project was on hold but researched and got to know that Infosys had signed a Rs 2,950-crore MoU to set up a software development centre on Sarjapur Road, Wipro had signed a Rs 537-crore MoU to set up a software export hub at in this area. Now i believe i made a right choice by choosing Vmaks as for the 1st time in bangalore they are coming up with 100 ft swimming, their walk through is amazing and the flat is too spacious, their is a villa project near vmaks by another builder and they are charging 89 lakhs, I really got the spacious 2 bhk for a reasonable price.

    I have visited 2 BHK flat in Electronic city which is located in ananth nagar . The project have various features like –

    1) 24 hrs. Power back-up

    2) All time Water supply

    3) Garbage Chutes

    4) Play school and creche Rain water harvesting and much more.

    These luxurious flats are available at a very reasonable price and best for investment purpose. One of my friend suggested me to invest in this project.

    I have recently saw the appartment in Atibele , Off. Sajapur road…Seems really very good construction so far, Great Ventilation and responsive Quality Builder…

    Location is a Prime Plus and main USP about the project.

    Its very near to upcoming Infocis Teach Park, Sarajapura (~2km). so in future its really a great place to invest. No doubt in this.

      Iam Rickson, iam from kerala..here me & my wife work in Eletronic city.i have booked a flat in VMAKS HEIGHTS last month 15th,about vmaks, the owner name is Mr.Mahesh Babu. they have completed 9 projects in ananthnagar itself.we had a very good support from vmaks team in all our needs, even we checked the papers every thing is as per approval..so you can trust them & go ahead..

      one thing iam not sure is completion of the project. they told by september 2016 which iam not very sure..

      i suggest vmaks marketing team to check all the reviews about there company. so that they can clarify customer’s need.

    I have purchased a flat in Vmaks Heights, There is no Hidden Cost as they provide you a cost sheet with the break down which includes registration cost as well, I have also seen few builders charge extra for amenities facing, East Facing, Pool facing flats extra but with Vmaks no such extra charges., You can definately visit Vmaks Heights.

      Hi Vikki..i have booked the 2bhk flat last sunday, i got with the best deal with in our budget range itself. .i also have checked with many other properties,but for some reason it was not OK with my family..but here in vmaks we are OK with what we got as per vastu,light,budget,etc..
      .i have given the doc for legal.once i vetted i will update you..see in any apartment or project we will have +ves & – ves ,so we need to see what is important in that.if that is there then we should not worry.. coming to the construction quality..vmaks is a ISO certificated company and i am relying on that certificate…

      i was a tenant of VMAKS Rangoli, v had few issues at the beginning however the maintenance team resolved it and now i have brought a flat in vmaks heights. So i suggest you to go ahead with the project werin i have not come across any issues till date.

    The price they are quoting is comparatively less to other projects.

    Another added advantage of Vmaks Heights is they are providing 78% open space, where others projects are having less than 70% open space. Top view of the site is good as has greenary around.

    I have seen comments like slow pace in construction. Im not sure about that. but, the project still attracts many people because of its location.

      This builder has a good record of completion within the time lines. However there is delay clause which says builder would pay Rs.5 /sft on the super built-up area.

      Hi Rickson Sam, I have booked the flat in the month of March, i have got the price of Rs 2966/sqft but now i believe they have increased the price for 3150/sqft as it is nearing completion, other builders are charging 3500/sqft to 4000/sqft for underconstuction project in the same location.No issues with the legal papers. I did not find any (-)point in Vmaks so far but my concern is only on the time frame for position, if they do so then, I can definately suggest yo to buy this property.

    Hi, I have booked 3 Bhk flat in Vmaks heights for a very reasonable rate, Builder Mr.Mahesh Babu is a good person and quality is really good with lots of open space, i have seen many apartment in the same area comparetively Vmaks is best till now, they have promised to give position by september 2016 if they do so i have no issues to recommend yo guys for Vmaks Heights, afterall Electronic city is been chosen for Smart City in Bangalore so I am sure that there will be a good appreciation to invest here in electronic city.

      Vmaks Heights has got approval from BMRDA with Khata A certificate.

      The Bangalore Metropolitan Region Development Authority (BMRDA) is a self governing body. BMRDA is responsible for planning, coordinating and administrating the systematic development of areas under the Bangalore Metropolitan Region (BMR).

      So with this approval in future you can look forward for further infrastructural development in this locale.
