        This builder sucks.. At least in hyderabad. He messed up the delivery by delaying more than 3 years. Still not left the community as he is still building amenities block, swimming pool. No muncipal water facility that he has promised. Now he has started charging for water too. If anyone writes bad reviews he might consider that while finishing the unit, and install poor quality products.
