    To all the buyers, pls be aware of this Unishire company. This project has been pre launched in 2013. still the apartments are for selling. It took 3 years to start the project and you can assume not before 2020 this project shall be completed.

    They have very good track record of delaying the projects and no project was completed within 48 months.I have books a flat in prelaunch and the project did not get single approval reason for not following govt norms. Poor quality, fraud commitments and the day u pay ur booking amount till handover you need to think all the time when will I get my apt.

    Lifetime you buy one apt and for buying that apt u will surely experience bad and irreversible effects like losing health, wealth. pls guys this is my experience I shall provide all necessary documents or evidence how this builder cheats customers.

    coming to spacio ,why are the apt still in selling phase. are ppl aware about Unishire builder issues. guys who are ready to face this issues with no guarantee of apt coming in hand, can go ahead buying Unishire properties. please search for Unishire reviews and you will know the pain of ppl facing with this company.

      I have booked an apartment in C block, they have promised delivery by 2018 December. But I see that every month there are updates on construction activities

      Tata New Haven, Bengaluru’s first green township. Located off Tumkur Road is a IGBC certified project.

    Pathetic construction quality, arrogant staff, no response from anyone. Stay away from Unishire. Dont waste your hard earned money and dont get cheated.

      which project and what construction quality are you talking about? In fact Terazza, in which i own a flat, has very good quality and is coming up as per comitted specification and expectations……and I have been getting constant updates from their project team…i dont know what number you are trying to call
