    has any one else booked in this project? what is the possession time they are claiming? i believe unishire has recently started soft launch of lot of projects, but many of them work is not started? what is the quality of the constructed, i believe they have not even completed 5 projects in bangalore

    I recently visited this project about a week ago i felt it good to invest but when i revisted on sunday they told the prices are revised to Rs 3800/- i was confused how the property rate would change so fast. Is this the hype created in the market or the property is doing good need to know.

      The price has revised for this property twice in the last 15 days.the reason for that is,the property which is located next to these are already there @ the pricing ranging from Rs 4200/- to Rs 4500/- So its still a good bet in terms of the pricing the current rate for this project is Rs 3850/- which is bound to change after they sell next 10 units. In case if you are planning to finalise this project take a call As soon as possible.

      Have been through blogs and have seen people complaints about the project. Also there have been delays. No proper documentation is followed. Nor you can expect an answer from them in form of email. They wont give any confirmation. The only best part is the location which I have heard is nearby to Manyata back gate. Also they are very new in market and all projects are under construction.

      Unishire Builders provide a very good quality of construction. You can see the near completion projects of the Unishire like Unishire Legde, Unishire Panamera and Unishire Atrium, which will take another four months for the completion.

        I believe there are projects around this area: Unishire, Vasathi Avante and Arvind.

        I am looking at 2.5 BHK/3BHK.

          Possesion of the property Unishire Rachenahalli is going to be 2018 mid, Current price is Rs 3950/- , Vasathi Avanthe price @ Rs 4500/- and Arvind Sporcio costing @ Rs 4195/-

      Rate per sq.ft is Rs.3500/- and location wise it is very good project, which is at a distance of just 500 mts from Manayata Tech Park back gate. Well connected to all other locations of the city via Outer ring road. Upcoming Metro Stations, well connection to International Airport and major schools, hospitals and work places make this project good for investment. Builder is also Class A builder provided luxurious apartments to the residents till today. So its a very good project you can trust.
