    ROAD TO UNICON NORTH BROOKS – 46

    I had visited the property last week and the road leading to the project was totally messy. When cross check on the reason for the same. I got to know the following

    – The BWSSB is working on the Cauvery water lines and the new sewage pipes are being layed. So due to this reason the road is currently dug up. The local M. L. A. has given time till this month end for all the residents to connected their sewage line from their homes to the main line. So the good news is that the road will be ready and tarred after this.

      With the IT factor, Bangalore is growing very rapidly. It’s better to invest when you get a chance, else you left with nothing in future and some time it may be costlier than now.

      Yelahanka is good residential and peaceful area in the north Bangalore. Residential apartments and villas on the Yelahanka-Dodaballapur Road are in very high demand.

      Manyatha Tech park is about 15-20 mins drive from the project location via the hebbal flyover. You can find a wide road, without traffic. A good transportation facility also caters you in the location.

      The other tech park such as Kriloskar Tech Park is about 9.8 KMS, Apparel park is about 20 KM and KIADB Industrial Park is about 20 KM from the project location.

          Except metro station, the project location is well connected with access to the bus stops, railway station, airport etc. The Metro station is little far from Yelahanka. Baiyappanahalli Metro station is 24 KM far from Yelahanka.

          Well connecting roads to Unicon North Brook 46 are Bellary Road, OuterRing Road, Tumkur Road and Hebbal flyover
