    Hi All,

    I am an owner of UKn Properties. Till today I have bought 3 properties in Bangalore. But the experience with this builder is horrible. And I’m still planning to invest in 2 more properties with any other builder, but not with UKn properties. I’m honestly suggesting to future home buyers to not go with UKn Properties.

    The reasons are:

    • UKn does not deliver properties on the date they have promised. They failed to do so with all their completed projects.
    • UKn only assures of luxury living, but we can feel the luxury living only with their fake promises. Being a resident of UKn properties, all I can say is that they are above average builders.
    • Maintenance cost is too for the amenities they are paying.
