    Does the phase 2 have approval for the construction of more than 12 floors? As they have erected pillars above 12th floor it seems they are planning to build another floor.I was actually interested to buy 2bhk in phase 2,but now I have to reconsider after hearing about the 13th floor.Can anyone help me in clearing my doubts? In phase 2 though possession was given two years back but no flat owner has got an o.c.

    It’s been 2 years I have been living in UKn Esperanza Phase II. One of my close relative has suggested me to look at this property and now I’m here.

    The floor plan of the property and the very well utilized space has impressed me. It is worth paying the maintenance cost here for amenities.

    I am planning to buy another unit from UKn Properties for investment purpose.

      Hi,

      I’m the existing owner of UKn Esperanza Phase II. The above review is totally fake. Maintenance here is not at all good. There are no jogging tracks; none of the equipments in the gym are in good condition. All the outdoor playing equipments are broken. Totally all low quality materials and equipments.

      We are using water tankers, since No borewells are working.
