    I bought 2 units in lakshmi vaibhav 1386 sft around 55 lak each and i got cc already….. surrounding is super only villas …2 approach roads ..i thought in future with in 1 year this will become awesome …. because surrounding there is no apartments..beautiful apartment in my life what i have seen Dream house

      i have booked an 3 BHK unit in Thirumala Lakshmi Vaibhav… am very well satisfied with the pace of construction.

      The property is about to completion and it will be ready within another 6 months.

      The project is located in Seegehalli, eastern part of the Bangalore City. The surrounding location is in the proximity to the IT Hubs of Marathhalli and Whitefield, a rapidly developing locality of the city.

      The price they are quoting is 3350/sqft.

      No need to worry about occupancy certificate and possession certificate. All legal documents are clear and all will be provided.

        I feel the price they are quoting for the thirumala lakshmi Vaibhav is quite high. The other projects in the surrounding, Gayathri Good Life and Sai Paradise are quoting less than Lakshmi Grand.

      Yes, I have booked an unit with Lakshmi Vaibhav. The Price is really good, They are quoting Rs 3,850/- for ready to occupy flats and I booked in Lakshmi Vaibhav at Rs 3250/- which will be ready in 6 Months.

      I have compared the price with other projects in the same location; almost all properties are quoting more than 4500/Sft, for a project of this standard. This project for sure is worth buying, if the road gets open than the rates will be more than 5000/sft.

    In recent days we all are hearing news about encroachments of rajakaluve. Many properties were demolished including residential and commercial structures.

    So am just thinking that whether I can invest in this property or not…. Because I heard that there is a lake in the surroundings of this property.

    How far the project is located from the seegehalli lake? If anybody have the detailed information on this, pls share

      Hi Varun,

      During last weekend I had been to site visit. Great location to invest as well as for end-use. I can understand your worries. But the Lake is almost 12-13 KM far from the project location. According to the NGT Rules, construction activity is barred within 75 Mtr of any lakes or wet lands. And there is no legal hassels with this project as I have enquired everything with the sales person.

      The one more good news is that they are providing both OC and CC.
