    Hi all,

    I’am surprised that some of the home owners are disappointed with the road approach of Thirumala Lakshmi Grand. But myself and few other owners feel it is worth a investment in this property and have no regrets by considering other facilities provided by the builder.

    As sarthak said, even I am sure that we will soon get the road access, because they have already won the case in lower court and filed the writ Petition. In the old village map there is a road access to the project location passing via the Chaitanya Samarpan and Akshaya Redstone (Villa project). But now the builders of these villas have occupied the public property.

    As all of us know these kinds of cases will take years to get solved. Moreover the builder of Lakshmi Grand is struggling alot from past 2 years. So I feel that this time they will win.

    From the moment I saw the property, I found that this will be the perfect residence for my family to live. Last Saturday I had visited Lakshmi Grand, which is located right behind the Chaitanya Samarpan and Akshaya Redstone. The only drawback I saw in this property is the approaching road. To reach the property we need to go via seegehalli village, which is liltle bit congested. The sales person had told me that they have filed the writ petition against chaitanya samarpan and Akshaya Redstone for the connectivity of road. Within six month there will be a good access of road from the ashram road.

    The surrounding of the property is having such a positive vibration to it that I liked it immediately. Moreover, the property is surrounded with villas, so that you can avail spectacular views around the entire area. The whole apartment was spaciously planned with the best the best amenities and painting jobs which gave it a touch of elegance and class.

    So finally I have decided to choose Thirumala Lakshmi Grand and i am certainly happy that I chose this as my new home.

      Even I agree what u said. This property has all the world class features in this locality. At the same time the road approach issue also matters alot. For me also they have telling the story from last 2 years and they also said that they won the case against Chaithanya Samarpan and Akshaya Redstone at the lower court. But I don’t think so that everything will be solved shortly.

      So my honest suggestion is please think twice before taking a final decision.
