    I agree with Harry’s comment. I had come here to look at a place to rent it out and spoke to the administration Ms Anitha. They asked me so many questions just to show the house. Feel very unwelcome. Other apartments like prestige which is close by, I had a pretty smooth experience.

    Happened to read your comments about Aquila. Let me introduce you to myself . I am Satish Menon the President of the Aquila Heights Apartment Owners Association . Let me highlight you on the positives in Aquila:

    1. The greenery within and outside Aquila.
    2. The pollution free and serene atmosphere.
    3. Municipal water supply.
    4. Connectivity to Airport – a 35-40 minutes’ drive
    5. Connectivity to Railway Station 4 kms ( yeswantpur) to 12 kms ( city and cantonment)
    6. Connectively to Metro – 1.20 kms
    7. Excellent club house and swimming pool and recreational facilities
    8. 20 minutes signal free drive from Mekri Circle
    9. 20 minutes to Manyata Tech Park
    10. Accessibility to ring road which is the best way to travel within Bangalore today–
    11. Shopping centres within a 2- 5 kms radius
    12. 3 Five Star hotels within a radius of 4 kms

    Most of us who live in Aquila ( about 195 families ) feel that we are living in a Resort kind of an Atmosphere and feel absolutely great about the experience.

    As regards your comments on parking restrictions most Apartment Complexes across India do not permit unrestricted access to vehicles as parking spaces are always in short supply. The access is permitted to only such number of cars of a resident as is equal to parking spaces owned by that resident. An other manner this is dealt with will only result in chaos and also adversely impact the rights of other owners. We in Aquila however do facilitate parking of extra cars provided the any other non resident owner agrees to rent out their parking spaces. A system of leasing out a few visitors car parking spaces is also being implemented.

    Association has been formed recently and will soon take over the management. These are one of the best apartment blocks in Bangalore.

    No apartment allows you to park your second car in Guest parking. You can ofcourse rent a second parking from somebody who has a spare parking.

    Regretting my decision to rent a house in Tata Aquila Heights.

    The property managers (from Knight Frank) make the stay of the tenants miserable. The owner’s association is not formed yet. The property managers behave as if they are the owners of the property and tenants are trespassers. They don’t talk to the tenants in a decent tone…

    If you have a second car, it has to be parked outside the property premises… on the road. How silly is that! We have just moved into this apartment and are already regretting our decision.

    Beware. Do not make this mistake yourself.
