    Hi am sudhagar working in TVS . I had visited this property couple of days back . The property is in good location but the quality of construction is not that extent & price what they are quoting are also much costlier & moreover dimensions are also very very small . I too visited other properties like shriram which is very next to sowparnika & also vmaks laurel which is even before these 2 properties from the main road . I personally liked laurel becos of their amenities & dimensions . They price were also reasonable & they giving few offers like car & interiors . Planning to visit again with family if everthing goes fine planning to finalise in laurel in the coming weekend.

    I recently visited this property and few more properties like shriRam, VMaks etc, and i personally felt that VMAKS LAUREL project is really good. The planning is really great with a good ventilation. i am quite interested with that project. If anyone is looking property near SARJAPURA can take a look before deciding on others.

    I visited sowparnika swastika yesterday.I didn’t like the property and bedrooms are very small.They are quoting very high price.i recently visited vmaks laurel.It seems to be good place for investment. The location wise it is good and they said that the possession will be give by March 2018. I’m also planning to book a 2bhk flat in vmaks laurel.

    I too visited this souparnika yesterday , i was totally dispointed with the quality , i can find the walls were not finished properly and amenities were also very few and felt cost is really high for what they are providing , and then i visited 2 more property in same location like aryan golden , and shriram and Vmaks out of which even i felt Vmaks was cool , i liked the structure and many amenities where they are including day care facility as well , and price was pretty descent comparitively, i am sure even they are providing CC and OC , and i personaly liked this vmaks laurel property , and i would like to suggest all , atleast check once before finalizing something else .

      I totally agree with you.I’m not happy with sowparnika, amenities are not at all good.Even I had visited vmaks laurel.The construction quality is very good.The best part of the project is NO COMMON WALLS.I’m planning to book a flat in vmaks laurel.

    I had visited the property last week . The property seems to be in good location but the prices are very high & quality of construction are not so good for what they are charging and they amenities are also not so good they have only a few amenities which are also not maintained well. I too had visited few other properties such shriram , vmaks etc.. amog which i personally liked vmaks laurel in the same location which is very much near by from the attibele circle . the construction quality is also very very good & they are already obtained cc & are promising to give oc as well which is the most important advantage for being a buyer . And moreover they have no common walls & all are very spacious flats starting with 1300 sft for a 2 bhk. I would personally suggest the people who are looking for property in this location to just visit once so that you will come to know about their product . However am planning to visit with my family again on this weekend , if anyone willing to join you can get it touch with me any time..

    Hi, i visited sowparnika swastika last week i didn’t like the construction quality and also the rooms are very small prices what they are coating is too high but competitively i found vmaks laurel the best project as they are giving the best offers like kwid car, rental income ,and the flats are also furnished …. would recommend others also to visit this property once before they book some whehre else .

      Thanks for the review it did help me in visiting the property VMAKS Laurel, the project is awesome with all amenities, am planning to close the deal in VMAKS Laurel,where in the Sowparnika is quoting so high , for the same price am getting a fully furnished flat unit in the higher floor so I have a wonderful view around as well, and quality wise is also good Thanks to VMAKs, hope everything goes good and will finalize the unit asap..

    I had visited this property 2 weeks before property seems to be in a good location but price is too high when compared to the other properties in the same location . The quality of construction are also not to that extent & moreover the dimension are very small. I had visited some other properties lik shriram & vmaks laurel and all, out of which i personally liked vmaks laurel in all aspects such as dimensions , open space , greenaries etc.. Am planning to visit this weekend again with my family & i too suggest others also to once drop into this property as i felt that this is one of the best apartment in this location.

    I had visited this property last weekend. Property seems to be in a good location but prices what they are quoting is too much higher & quality of construction was not that great . I personally tried speaking to resident over there but got very bad response as well. Heard that they have many completed projects but nothing were handed over on time. I too visited shriram smrithi & vmaks laurel in the same location where i liked the vmaks luarel property because it is very much located near the main circle . And moreover they have no common walls with lots of greenary & open space. Planning to visit again this weekend along with my parents. The people who are looking for investment purpose i would suggest you to go with vmaks as they are really good at pricing as well as their construction.

    I had visited this property last week . Location wise its good 0% traffic and peaceful environment but i feel that price is too high & construction quality is not that good and i didn feel anything great about them as i saw lots of exterior damages in their phase 1 its self which clearly shows their quality of construction & no proper maintainence in amenities area such swimming pool , kids play area etc..I personally liked vmaks laurel in the same location which is very much near by from the attibele circle . the construction quality is upto mark & they are approved by RERA which is the most important advantage for being a buyer & currently they are running with offers like furnished flat and rental income as well as a car too..

    Hi am pavithra i had visited couple of properties in this location & sowparnika is one among them. Location wise good but apart from location i didn feel anything great about them as i saw lots of exterior damages in their phase 1 its self which clearly shows their quality of construction & no proper maintainence in amenities area such swimming pool , kids play area etc.. I too had visited shiram & vmaks but again felt shriram prices are bit high for a lowrise apartment when compared to vmaks. vmaks are giving very good construction quality with no common walls & few exciting offers as well . Most attractive thing is their unit dimensions which is of 1300+ sft. But my only concerns is how are this vmaks in the market . So am planned to visit their completed projects in electronic city this weekend & then take call. Meanwhile anyone booked in vmaks can always share your suggestions.

      Hi Pavithra you are very true, i was suppose to visit the property last week was in contact with a sales guy there but before going i did also visit Laurel as it comes before Sowparnika, as I saw the structure from outside of the phase1 i really didnt even feel to visit the property. It looks soo old so soon. After seeing the vmaks property and compared to Sowparnika it is only VMAKS if am investing anything in this location. I just wanted to share as it might help others.

But,the price quoting here is very high and the 2BHK & 3BHK are of lesser dimension.. And the aminities are also very less.. Comparing i feel, Vmaks is giving best price and good offers..

    1300+ sqft dimension… i have visited couple of properties,where in sowparinka i felt,bit costlier and the dimension available here are of lesser dimension….when compared to Vmaks they are giving good offers with negotiable price.. and they are providing rental income and furnished flat..

      I too had visited this property couple of days before . Property seems to be in a good location but i was totally not satisfied with their quality & price what they were quoting also was too high. Think so its a very old property and could see many sewage problems in their phase1. Dimensions were also very small which ranging around 600+ sft for a 2bhk which will be very conjusted. I too visited couple of properties in same loaction like aryan fountain & vmaks laurel which was very near by the circle out of which i personally liked vmaks laurel in all aspects like dimensions , pricing etc. Planning again to visit this weekend along with the family. Before that can anyone suggest how are vmaks builders in the market??

    Hi, i visited this property couple of weeks back and i feel it is an old property and also the price quoted is high. I also see that there is no proper maintenance done.. and the 3bhk is of lesser dimension. And feels that it is quite inside from,the main road..

    I had visited this property last month . The quality of construction was not at all good & prices what they quoting was on a very higher side. I was able to find sewage problems in their flats & they were no proper maintainence. I had also visited other projects like opulence, laurel & few other villa projects. I personally liked laurel as they were giving very good amenities with lots of open space & greenery . And dimensions of flats were also pretty good starting from 1300+ sft. Can anyone suggest how are vmaks builders & are they giving Cc & Oc.

      Vmaks company has a home construction unit which has already completed many projects in Electronic city Phase 2 and some more other parts in Bangalore. And it has a good feedback from its customers, the company has its reputation for selecting the best land legally and investment oriented, as the company is transparent in all its steps and cc and oc will be promised by the builder in the agreement.

      I too had visited this property last week i too had a very bad experience with the sales team. They are not ready to share the availablity & pricing and all. And moreover i didn like the property to be frank as i was able to see many sewage in their model flat its self & thier phase 1 which is completed looks like a 10 year old property. No proper maintainence or nothing . In the same location i was able to see couple of other projects like shriram & vmaks laurel but had no time to visit . In laurel i was able to see some offers like car & all . So, planning to visit this weekend to know about that project. If anyone has an rough idea about vmaks they can always get in touch with me at anytime.

      I had visited this property long back . I too came across with the same problem when i personally enquired with the residence over there. After the booking no one cares or no one is ready to listen to their concerns its seems. And also visited vmaks laurel which was one of the best project which i came across in that entire location let it be in quality or clearing your concerns and as well as in amenities . They quoted me a very best price along with few offers lik interiors , rental assurance as well as with no pre emi scheme. Am planning to visit with my family again in this coming week . Hope so if everthing goes fine i may book 2 bhk in laurel.

      There is a property called Vmaks Laurel in Attibele sarjapur road, which has got a good reputation for its construction quality and this has got Luxurious amenities and the pricing part is pretty fair, it lies in a main road so its easy to deduct.

    I had visited this property last week . Property seems to be in a good location but price is too high & construction is very bad . I could make out many sewage problem in their model flat . If is this the condition of their model flat then we need to really think about the other things as well. I personally tried to speak to the residence there & got a very bad response from them as there is no proper support from both civil as well from sales team its seems. I too had visited shriram & laurel in the same location but felt laurel was the best in all aspects such as costruction & pricing too , moreover its very near by to the attibele circle. Their price is really attractive & they have very exciting offers also. Planning to visit with my parents again this weekend .

    So please if anyone has booked or visited laurel can suggest me about this builders . And are they giving oc & cc and is it RERA approved..

      Even i too had faced the same problem when i visited the project, there was no one in sales team nor anyone could respond to me, i tried calling their board line but they said we will call back but not received any call.

      i saw shriram and laurel, felt Laurel was ok compared to shriram and booked a flat in 7th floor. and recommended my friend but somehow he is still not convinced.

    Hi yogita am a resident here, am facing a lot of issues which isnt being solved by the civil guys, I bought this property hardly 2yrs before, the specifications arent good, not @ all happy with the quality. I did visit VMAKS LAUREl which getting to move in another 7months as promised from the sales team there. Comparitivly it is one of the best project in this locality as now.Also am getting no EMI till posession.

I havent seen a guy sticking to job for more than 3months here…Have finalised a good deal in Laurel , managed to get a good price without offers. Would love to move in asap there for the wonderful view .

    I had visited couple of projects in the this location last week & one among them is sowparnika . Project is located in a good location but quality of construction is not at all good & price is also very very high for that type of construction. I had been to other projects like shriram & vmaks laurel as well . I was satisfied with what vmaks laurel is giving, their dimensions are pretty good . Their 2 bhk starts from 1300 sft & moreover no common walls with lots of open spaces & greenaries . Quality of construction also seems to be very good & i feel that investing in laurel is value for money. Ill be finalising an 2 bhk apartment in the month end. I personally suggest if anyone looking in this location can invest in laurel .

Planning to visit this week again with my parents. Apart from the project i really liked the sales team as well they were very humble & good at their presentation. Hope so my family also likes the project.

      And i have an query is this project approved under RERA & if yes can u pls share the approved number as well.

      Hope so if everything goes fine we may be a good neighbours in future & all the credits goes to vmaks.

I heard about vmaks which is located in same location can anyone suggest about this builders as am looking around in the same location as my work place is near by so that i can plan up to visit this weekend.

    Pricing is too high for this location, few other builders are good in terms of pricing and services. any suggestions on other projects closeby to Attibele

      Hi Mr. Rajni,
      I too had visited the property long back , yes offcourse the property seems to be in good location but the prices are on higher side & quality of construction are really very bad which you could have noticed in their phase 1 itself.. I personally liked vmaks laurel in the same location which is very much near by from the attibele circle . the construction quality is upto mark & they are approved by RERA which is the most important advantage for being a buyer & currently they are running with few offers as well. I would lik to suggest you if you are free pls visit once so that you wil come to know difference. Am about to finalise one in vmaks laurel in the coming month .
