    Please do not trust the builder .. First see the size of gym, park and amenities and then decide. No proper response from builder, Project delayed more then 2 years and still not completed.. Sales guys are sharks and only available to deceive the customers. Connect with me for more information and how we are getting the things done. I moved in on August still lift is not handed over properly and only one lift is fixed yet which is being used by labours and customers.. OC/CC forget it

    I am very pleased with the quality of home bought at Purple Rose. It is a very elegant looking apartment with super-easy connectivity to the Bangalore airport. The property is pretty decently priced.

    The house where my family and I used to live initially had few issues and just when we were looking for a better house, we stopped by to see Sowparnika’s Purple Rose. It looked great and we managed to move in to a beautiful place. The Sowparnika team is efficient and knowledgeable.

    Further to below Comments,
    Childrens play area – Its worst, not even 50 children can be accommodated, check before you decide.
    Garden / Landscape area – There is no open area left out except car run way..
    Club House — As there is no space left, club house is built in the place of car parking area.. due to this they are not able to accommodate car parking and providing parking outside the building..
    fully Equipped Gymanasium — Check the size of the Gym first then decide how 350 families can use it..
    Table Tennis – one table tennis board for 350 families..??
    Snooker / Billiards — on your dreams… there is no space for this as of now..
    Game Room – yes, they are providing one Carum board..
    Medical Store – Only room is provided, you need to open your own medical store..

    Project Total Area – 2.09 Acres. – its 1.96 Acers, already eaten away 0.13 acers due to road widening project..


    One word for this builder only and that is Cheater.
    Their sales team are big fraud and CRM team is worst.
    They claimed the project is RERA approved and sold the project under this impression but when comes to giving OC they are running away and always give diplomatic and vague answers.

    I would not recommend this builder to anyone.

    Such a project has been long awaited. Cannot tell you how happy I am to know about this project. The apartments in Whitefield project by Sowparnika looks good, price point being the added advantage.

    It is another installation of apartments by the Sowparnika. There is a small park in the middle which is very nice for children to play. There are also other facilities like gym, community hall, etc. The building plan looks awesome. The location and connectivity to the city is an added plus.

      Hi – Guess you have been paid by the builder to write these nice comments…the place is still under construction and there is no sight of a park for kids to play, facilities like gym and community halls is expected to be provided but is still not there. The builder staffs are not customer friendly and they are only bothered to serve till the time they need to get their payment from you, once you want service and deliverable from their end they show the true color. Overall very moderate project and builder, if you have no value of your money only then buy from sowparnika group . Big loss of time and money ……

    Yes I bought a 3bhk purple rose 2 months back under the scheme . Reasonably priced. Overall happy and convinced with sowparnika builder, approvals, vastu compliance and construction. Builder has done about 55 projects so it looks fine overall.

      I invested and quite happy so far. Can’t get a better deal at this price. Hosakote is growing and quite close to whitefield.
      You either get a car or ask for 150-200 rs discount. They offer both if you ask for. Construction updates are sent every month by their CRM

    HI Guys,

    Did any one buy a flat in this properly. I visited this property and i saw that there is a high tension pole is there, the marketing guys told me that thats a old installation which the government will take out, because of the back road widening plan , but its not seems that way, its looks like those are new poles and the installation will happen soon. Not sure when, but its difficult to confirm, if anyone have any info on this please share.

      I have bought this flat with my lawyer opinion as well. They said its ok to take one 15 yrs EC is free all tax paid and title is clear. whats yours lawyer opinion.
