    The Project is costly compared to others.But comparing with Bren, which started & has got stuck up.You can see the development in Bren moving @ snails pace. Sobha is a smart brand no doubt costly but value for money.But they are now charging hefty for additional car park.Too much ..they should considerit & not try to make a fast buck out of it.That is unfair.

I have taken no loan so buyer can choose loan from the bank per his wish. Little extra discount for phase 1 apartment than the current selling price by builder for phase 2 apartment.     Team PT whats your opinion of Shobha Silicon Oasis? Is it worth for money? The 3bhk costs around 1cr whereas the Bren Trillium next to this charges much lesser and completing project 3 years earlier.
