    What kind of Rajasthan royalty is built-in as a concept at Sobha Royal Pavilion, can you explain, because the website says it has Rajasthan’s royalty in the interior design and in the concept, provide me with more details.

Mysore is not only well-known in Bangalore and India, it is also well-known across the globe, thanks to the Dasara celebrations of Mysore; the place is famous around the world. Like the Mysore kingdom there were many other royal kingdoms in India, the other one which is equally famous is the dynasties of Rajasthan, there were many kingdoms is Rajasthan even today, you can find many royal palaces across Rajasthan. The concept, idea and inspiration for Sobha Royal Pavilion have come from Rajasthan and its royal connections. The inspiration has of Rajasthan is very much evident in the architecture, many prominent elements of ancient Rajasthan architecture like Chhatri, Jharokha, Jaali, Courtyard and Step well can be experienced and witnessed at the Sobha Royal Pavilion, the corridors and courtyards of the project is resplendently decorated with Rajasthan marbles and gives the residents a feeling and experience of Rajasthan, it is this kind of experience which is very symbolic and relevant to Rajasthan’s royalty that is being captured at the project.     Hi everybody, I am a techie and I work for a technology major company, the point I want to make is that royal life or the slice and shades of royalty was witnessed and experienced once upon a time during the period of kings and dynasties. In today’s world the era is total bygone one and to relate to this kind of a concept is very difficult and impossible, yes, that’s my firm belief and I want to reaffirm the same to everybody here. I came across the Sobha Royal Pavilion project on Sarjapur road on the internet; I went through their website and other digital sites, I was very skeptical about the same. My thoughts were that royal life cannot be lived in this era or in this age; it was lived about a hundred or two hundred years ago, the last known royal era was about the Mysore dynasty and the royalty is faintly visible. Now in the present context, if one talks about a royal architecture and life for 90 lakhs to 1 crore, one shouldn’t believe it. The Sobha Royal Pavilion claims that they have built a royal architecture and lifestyle for Bengaloreans to experience on Sarjapur road within an area of 25 acres, it’s not a palace but an apartment and here people can conceptually think about leading and living a royal life. The apartment project comprises with 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK, the amenities are the same ones that are available with every other builder and project, now the big question is what is royalty in the project, it’s just the architecture and nothing else. You guys give it a try for yourself and you will know.

    Yes, the concept of royalty could be pre-dated to more than a hundred or two hundred years and the last known royal family or dynasty could be the Mysore dynasty, these things are very factual and nobody can debate on this, we very much agree about the same. Sobha’s Royal Pavilion is conceived to give the discerning customer an antique, ethnic and royal experience, living in the apartment should make him visualize about the grandeur and royalty of the kings and queens in the bygone era. Off course we could still find some dynasties in India but more or less the concept has faded from people’s memory which was otherwise brought into their memory through films. The Royal Pavilion by Sobha is truly an architectural marvel; it perfectly blends the royalty and grandeur into every architecture on both interiors and exteriors. The amenities add on to the royal touch and experience, the amenities include Natural Pond, Bio Retention Pond, Art & Cultural Garden, Butterfly Garden, Wetland Garden, Sensory Garden, Amphitheatre, Bike Track, Pet Park, Basketball Court, Tennis Court,7-a-Side-Soccer Field, Volleyball Court, Skating Rink, Kid’s Play Area, Swimming Pool, Kid’s Pool, Pool Pavilion.
