      Varthur’s biggest advantage is that it is strategically located between the Outer Ring Road and Whitefield, while possessing good access to Sarjapur Road and NH 207, which leads to BIAL. This means that residents can easily reach Whitefield, ITPL and the EPIP zone within 10 to 15 minutes. This also means that shopping, work and leisure are just a stone’s throw away. To top it, all the best schools in Bangalore have set up campuses close by. These by themselves are indications of the intrinsic strength bestowed in this location. Further, a link road via Panathur offers easy access to the Outer Ring Road.

    I am one of the satisfied customer of sobha. The quality of construction is really very good which has satisfied more than 1600 people who have booked their dream home at dream acres in a span of just 8months.

    I got a chance to visit the pre-cast factory which is near to the dream series campus. They have used the best technology. The machines are all imported for a German company Volert and all the workers are trained by professionals. Sobha has invested around 200cr for this and once I had a look at the factory I was very much satisfied with my decision of buying a home at Sobha.

    Due to this technology there is no delay in possession and a great value for money. Hopefully my experience will be helpful to others.

    Is this some new project or the same sobha dream areas which is re branded as “Sobha Gateway of dreams”.

    As per my understanding this is for sure a sobha project from their dream series venture.
