    I had wanted to buy a flat in Sobha forest view.I was told that they have clear title to the land. It is now learnt that conservator of forest has sent a notice to them that they have encroached forest land in three of their projects Sobha forest view,Sobha forest edge and paramount gardens.Buyers please be careful.
