    Sorry to say but the people who are selling these apartments are very money minded , they are going to promise u a lot many things and only when they get them money they are least bothered about you or your flat, so pls be careful make sure u make them write what ever they promise and don’t forget to take ther MD’s sign and many more flaws are there in the apartment, it’s an A khata land but the building made is B khata for which u will not be getting an NOC. Letter , pls read about NOC online. Same people are selling the green view apartment pls be carefull
