    Excellent project in terms of :

    1) Quality of construction
    2) Condo design and layout
    3) Metro connectivity
    4) Price to win

    You just visit once the property to get impressed. I have bought a 3 BHK alongside me other 4 colleagues of mine have also bought here. We were searching for good property in Bangalore for a while and this kind of fits all the requirements.

    Only drawback is that it will be delivered in 2020, but in our view it is worth the wait.

    Also very impressed with humane behaviour by skylark management.

    It’s a very good project with good quality of construction. I liked the 3 bhk model .
    And the Location of the project is good.
    They use Maven construction so that they can finish the construction very fast with good quality.

    I am planning to book a 3-BHK compact in this project.

    The project design is very planned and the construction which will be done by L&T on top of that I am getting no pre EMI scheme.

      Hi, Even though they promised for L&T since pre-lunch september 2015, this is not yet finalized…Earlier they had the the Pre-EMI…not sure for now…
