    As a sincere resident of Electronic City, I would like to add some facts about SK Projects. This Builder is not reliable.

    Builder did not get OC and CC for the residents of its previous project i.e SK Aster Appartment. Now the residents of SK Aster Appartment are the suffers and victims. No proper drainage System. After being harassed by the Builder, the Association of SK Aster have filed a legal case against the Builder to get justification from Court.

    As an overall purchasing anything from SK Projects is not advisable.

    I took time to purchase a Flat from SK Projects and below is my research result and experience about this Builder. Just thought of sharing this to help a needy person.

    Please do not buy any property from this SK Project Builder. It did not construct/complete what it had promised in one of its previous project i.e. SK Aster Appartment. There is no STP constructed by Builder as mentioned in the agreement. Also, Builder did some illegal construction because of with Association/residents are unable to get Occupancy Certificate. This is a major problem for residents living in the Apartment. The consequence of which is you will never get the Khata transfer on your name when you purchase a property from this Builder. The second sale guys are the primary victim of it. This is the fact and because of which Owners Association of this Builder’s project (SK Aster Apartments)has initiated legal action against the Builder. So, it’s your risk if you are going to purchase any property from this Builder and is completely not recommended.
