    Parkway homes – possession promised in 2016. As of today 4 buildings are not even 50% complete. Horrible response rate from customer care or engineers. No line of sight to when the property will be completed.

    I had visited this project on 4 Sep 2016. Looks like the the project had been complete in terms of floor rise.
    Can someone suggest if it is good to buy about this project ? Any idea about the quality of construction ?

    Is it possible to help me in getting more details on this ?

    The only reason am in doubt is that land owner is selling it from 3200 + floor rise which us very less price and I am thinking there are some hidden clause here which they are not telling now

    will really appreciate any help on this matter
