    I am planning to buy a 2 bhk in the alston tower. Kindly add me if thereis any whatsapp group to know more before buying the property. any issues in the landowenrshare


    I am existing customer (Hambstead B – 107)of SJR Bluewater project since 2013 . This project is still not completed but I am hoping this will be completed in 2020. Project is still promising but believe me its CRM department works completely in worst possible manner. They will call or receive call only when they have to enquire about payment else they will not respond to email or call at all. Since the project is delayed for almost 4 years, I approached CRM team(Dhanalakshmi) to check feasibility of upgrading my existing apartment before registration in Sep 2019 after checking with Site Sales office about availability. She informed me that I will have to pay for increased area at current rate if I will shift to bigger apartment and if I like to move to other tower I need to pay a shifting charges . I told her I am fine with said charges if new options I will like else I will continue with my existing apartment. Since September I called Dhanalakshmi/Sujeetha/Vijay 8-10 times and met Dhanalakshmi 2 times and every time answer was next week. Now she is neither picking up phone or replying to my messages. Don’t know how this organization with such good name reputation will survive with such folks in so important department like CRM.

    Please be aware of the Land owner share. there are two parties selling Land owner share. They will take the booking amount and will get you screwed. You can view the Land owner issues in the SJR primeCorp park way homes. If you want to buy a property better go with builder share. Once Land owner takes the money he wont refund you. They will talk sugar coated initially but once you cancel the deal your money is gone. They don’t have all legal document. If you still want to go for land owner give them future date Cheque and make sure that you can do legal verification before your cheque is liquidated, Be aware from Guru prasad and co. they are selling parkway and Blue water.

What are the issues related to land owner share can you please tell… As we visit our flat every week but it is still same from past 6month….and others flat on that floor are completed even your neighbors flats are completed….       Hi Shikha. I am also planning on picking up a 1680 sq ft unit. Could you possibly reach out as I could need some help. I wanted to primarily check if they are all legal clear and distance to lake isn’t an issue. Also, would be nice to know the cost they selling at the moment.

    SJr groups all projects are delayed. water mark on harlur road is going on from last five years. construction quality in not good. even house keeping people are not there. it is typical reddy approach. nobody is bothered. there buildings look ugly. at this rate i would suggest not to buy any of there properties.

    Risky to book at this stage, best to book are the projects nearing completion,although rates will be slightly costlier

    project is very attactive and I booked but why it is been told now that possession is Jan 2017 tough on all webesites including yours it is Possession : Mar 2016
