    i had visited their site but the standards are not matching what they promised. so please think before you go in to this project

    hi, even i came across these things that they are supposed to get approvals and also i doubt on the price they are coating as logically no one can sell property without profit as per their price construction cost is more than what they are coating

        On 6th May 2018, i called those for Sipani Royal Heritage, They will give me CC on the spot, Then afterwards they will give me OC, Rera number will be given to me, It was ‘A’ khata Now it is converted to E khata, Pls tell me what else we have to check ?

    i visited this project but felt that there are not good amenities given. I also visited another project near by called vmaks Laurel which provide good amenities than Sipani.

    I would like to know the project is comes under RERA, have you applied for the same, is so pl mentioned the ack. no.of the approval, getting loan in nationalized bank, like SBI, canara bank etc. pl. reply to me as early as possible.

      they told that it is a RERA approved but my friend who had booked a flat is going to withdraw since there is some legal issues in it. not sure about how to take it forward.

    I am thinking of buying 2BHK in Sipani Royal Heritage project. What is the best price of 2BHK in this project? In some websites it is quoted as 22 lacs.

    HI , is anyone have info on this property.. Anyone done a legal verification of the project. The price and project is quite good. But unless the project is legally verified , i am not very confident. I have done like couple of legal verification already and seems like many of the projects have one or other issue.

      Pre-launch property why so less with a good quality of construction!
      i just been to the other project as the sipani royal hertiage is pre-launch checked with the plan and the locality
      project seems to be really impressive and if they built according to master plan then for sure investors will be really happy
      and this no pre-emi scheme is really good for those who all looking for investment purpose

      I prefer more buyers look into the project and approach from the sales team of Sipani Properties is really good!
      so do visit the property once am sure u ll not be disappointed. If we book into together then we will get some benefit !!,

        Hi,
        i was surprised to see that sipani is coating very less price because i visited couple of properties near by where they are coating least 2500/sft because logically its not possible to coat so less as the construction cost will be 2300/sft ,,, logically its impossible to coat so less price as we can see the cost of construction …… even i want to boo a flat but i am little confused about the price what they are coating so i am planning to give time probably till they finish 5th floor at-least….

      I was also looking to buy a unit in this project but I came across there are a number of approvals that they are supposed to take and are on hold. so kindly think before you go for it

        Phase 1is already approved by Rera. I think all thinks are sorted out. U can check in Rera website for more details.
